The first step is to contact SK Finance and Home Loans and explain your concern. We will listen to the issue and work with you to understand what happened.

We review your complaint

We will review the information you provide and consider the circumstances of your complaint. We may contact you if we need additional information.

We work towards a resolution

We aim to resolve complaints fairly and efficiently and will communicate the outcome to you in accordance with applicable requirements.

External dispute resolution

If your complaint cannot be resolved through our internal process, you may be able to access an external dispute resolution service, subject to applicable eligibility requirements.

External dispute resolution

Australian Financial Complaints Authority

If you are not satisfied with how your complaint has been handled, or it has not been resolved through our internal complaints process, you may be able to take your complaint to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA), subject to AFCA's eligibility requirements.

AFCA provides an independent external dispute resolution service for eligible financial complaints. Information about eligibility, how to lodge a complaint and available contact methods should be confirmed directly with AFCA.
